Keep Nelson Weird
I didn’t expect to be greeted by an eccentric vibe that took me back in time to the ’90s and then slowed the clock instantaneously where I experienced the so-called “Kootenay Time” where time seems to slow down and stretch indefinitely.

Bugaboo Provincial Park
Who camps beside a glacier and doesn’t bring a jacket? I mean, that’s just stupid. I must be stupid.

Taylor Lake Camping and Fishing Trip
Taylor Lake is beautiful – crystal clear and aqua green in color. A waterfall at the far end feeds the lake. Mt. Bell and the Panorama Ridge serves as background. Mt. Bell catches sunlight so beautifully at sunset and the Panorama Ridge has a cool pinhole feature in one of the false summits.

Lake Sebu, South Cotabato
On an early morning flight to General Santos, Phils., I was flipping through a magazine when I noticed one item particularly. It was a feature on the T’boli in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato. I remember back when I was 7 or 8, I read somewhere that the T’boli was an indigenous tribe in the mountains…
